GIM Sérénité

The UTB prepaid GIM Sérénité card is an immediate debit withdrawal and payment card for use in Togo and in the 8 UEMOA countries. It is not personalised, but bears the UTB logo and is immediately available.

It is intended for all socio-professional categories, including the unbanked.

Eligibility criteria	Must provide proof of identity (national identity card, passport, professional card, voter card).
ATM withdrawal limit	FCFA 300.000.
Cash Advance withdrawal limit	FCFA 500.000.
In-store EPT payment limit	FCFA 500.000.
Validity	Valid three years from the card issue date.
